Terms of Service

Scale Local Business lets a business publish a QR-linked page where its customers can leave an honest review on Google, send private feedback, and receive a reward for taking part.

Rewards must be offered for participating in the campaign, never in exchange for leaving a review or for leaving a positive one. Businesses using the service agree not to:

• Require a review, a screenshot of a review, or a specific rating before a reward is released.
• Advertise a reward as payment for a review, or ask for "5-star" or "positive" reviews.
• Use private feedback to route unhappy customers away from public review platforms.

Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended.

Prizes, odds, stock limits and redemption terms are set by the business, not by us. The business is responsible for honouring any reward code issued through its campaign. Reward codes are issued once per customer per campaign per day and may expire under the terms the business displays.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the content you upload, including logos, images and campaign copy. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime or from a campaign's results.

Prices shown on the site are indicative and expressed in Indian rupees per month. Any charge is confirmed with you before it is applied.

You can stop using the service and delete your campaigns at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
